Hilton brings Indian Ocean sunshine to The Holiday Place

The Hilton brand made its way to The Holiday Place last Friday to enlighten our holiday experts on four of their Indian Ocean properties: Hilton Seychelles Northolme Resort and Spa, Hilton Seychelles Labriz Resort and Spa, Hilton Mauritius Resort and Spa and Conrad Maldives Rangali Island. Led by Devi Pentamah and Lisa Donovan, everyone at The Holiday Place got an update on all four resorts, here we brief you on all the news regarding these four Indian Ocean hideaways.

Hilton brings Indian Ocean sunshine to The Holiday Place

Las Friday two Hilton representatives arrived at The Holiday Place to give in-depth presentations on four of their Indian Ocean properties. Warmly received by our team of senior holiday advisors, Devi Pentamah took us through Hilton's Seychelles and Mauritius resorts while Lisa Donovan enlightened us about Conrad Maldives' unique attributes and atttractions.

During the presentations, our team got an insider's view on all properties. Here I proceed to give you some of the session's main highlights.

Starting with the Mauritius properties, first up we learnt more about Hilton Seychelles Labriz Resort and Spa, set on 2.5 kilometres of sprawling, secluded sandy beach. Found in Seychelles' third largest island and perfectly cocooned among lush mountains, this large retreat comprises a selection of 111 private luxury villas, seven outstanding onsite restaurants and bars, and a fantastic array of activities, from beach yoga to an award-winning spa, a Jungle Fun Kids Club and a PADI-certified scuba diving centre. There's also complimentary Wi-Fi throughout and the resort sits within a Marine National Park... what could be more blissful and enticing?

The Hilton Seychelles Northolme Resort and Spa was next, and it stands in sharp contrast against the Labriz property we just talked about, this one is a much smaller, much more intimate and secluded hideaway consisting of only 15 private villas, all of which look out onto the Indian Ocean. With butler service on request, a beach shuttle, panoramic infinity pool and free Wi-Fi, everything at the Hilton Seychelles Northolme is made for guests' ultimate relaxation and ultimate peace of mind. There's endless activities to partake in with the resort's very own Recreation Host and a weekly brochure of programmes to check out. For the ultimate indulgence there's also an oceanfront spa, with steam room and a scenic yoga pavilion.

Moving onto Mauritius, the next property we were briefed on was the Hilton Mauritius Resort and Spa, a family-friendly retreat surrounded by verdant vegetation and facing a stunning stretch of beach. Here guests have four onsite restaurants to choose from, an award-winning spa, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, an adults-only swimming pool, a kids' dedicated club as well as variety of other child-friendly services and facilities. Accommodation comes in the form of 193 sea-facing rooms and suites, all with private balcony or patio.

Last but not least, we were walked through the Conrad Maldives Rangali Island, set on its own private island and boasting a luxury collection of water villas fitted with every modern comfort and facility. Designed to make guests' stay all about the experience, and an unforgettable one at that, Conrad Maldives provides guests with one, three and five-hour itineraries packed of amazing cultural encounters where art, food and adventure are the main ingredients. Having earned (twice and consecutively) the coveted title of Indian Ocean's Leading Hotel 2016 and 2015, as well as being named the Maldives' Leading Water Villa Resort 2016 and the Indian Ocean's Leading Culinary Resort 2015 by the World Travel Awards. With no less than 12 award-winning onsite restaurants and bars, including the world's first real underwater restaurant, it's no wonder this resort have been a serial, multi award-winner at the World Luxury Restaurants Awards 2016. Oh, and the resort's spa is also built over the water, standing on stilts and offering endless views over the glistening lagoon. Could anyone really ask for more?

The Holiday Place and Hilton Worldwide Resorts

That wraps up our Hilton session last Friday. We want to warmly extend our thanks to the two Hilton visitors who took us through four of their excellent Indian Ocean resorts, and only hope to see them again soon in the future to keep our customers updated with the latest scoop on the brand's luxury collection of hotels and resorts.
