Sri Lanka to welcome new Ritz-Carlton and JW Marriott hotels in 2021

For the first time ever, Marriott will venture in the Sri Lankan hospitality industry with the addition of not one but two different hotels in the island's capital and the debut of two of the hotel chain's main brands. The new JW Marriott Colombo and the new Ritz-Carlton Colombo will open in 2021 and will be positioned right next to each other, sitting within a soon-to-be-build complex comprising high-end retail space, offices, residences, restaurants, banquet hall and even a helipad.
