Turks and Caicos' newest Tanai hotel, located at the island of Providenciales is rumoured to be featuring the largest infinity pool in the Caribbean and is set upon 60 landscaped acres and beachfront. It has anticipated opening date is for early 2010
Turks and Caicos' newest hotel addition will be a tasteful residence and resort combination set upon 60 landscaped acres and almost half a mile of white sand beachfront on the island of Providenciales. With its opening anticipated for early 2010 we just can't wait to see what breathtaking new beauties this alluring resort will bring us.
Set to become a unique one-of-a-kind jewel among Turks and Caicos hotels; the new Tanai is rumoured to be featuring the largest infinity pool in the Caribbean with a total of 60 intimate rooms and 10 suites, all located on the top floor to guarantee the best views over the glistening waters.
Planned to be a 5* resort located on a deserted area of the island, the hotel's name is inspired by the Taino Amerindians, the first original inhabitants of the Turks and Caicos Islands, its translation being "good and noble". GHM has tapped architect Reda Amalou of AW2 in Paris , and interior designer Jaya Ibrahim to create an essence of elegance and a bespoke atmosphere through the hotel's custom made furnishings and art designed and commissioned specifically for The Tanai.
Turks and Caicos holidays will greatly benefit from this new addition that perfectly complements existing Turks and Caicos hotels such as its sister Amanyara hotel, to which it will be strategically positioned close to in an adjacent location.
The project also involves the construction of nearby residential properties and residence owners as well as future guests can anticipate the highest standards of design, decor and on-site attractions, among them an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Tom Fazio.
To ensure that quality and luxury is built into the property's DNA, The Tanai has commissioned Bouygues Batiment International, one of the world's most coveted contractors due to their specialised experience in building luxury five-star hotels across the globe, to erect the development here. Skilled craftsmen are currently utilising the globe's best resources to execute the construction of The Tanai, set to soon become a landmark in Turks and Caicos hotels.
