Four Seasons Resort Nevis opens new Kastawey Beach Bar in St Kitts and Nevis

A brand new beachside restaurant has opened at Four Seasons Resort Nevis. Kastawey Beach Bar is a casual dining outlet located directly on Pinney’s Beach in the island nation of St Kitts and Nevis.

The bar is named after a handcrafted Caribbean boat that sits on the beach, and it serves light snacks and tropical cocktails, including the resort’s signature Kastawey Smash, with a blend of gold, dark and coconut rum and pineapple and tamarind juice.

Guests can sit on the teak tables and chairs on the golden sand beach, and enjoy delicious cuisine while watching the waves roll in or the glowing sunset. Dishes on the menu include spicy lobster, fresh fish, cucumber and masago in the Kastawey Roll, as well as sushi, wraps, and salads. The ingredients are locally-sourced and many come from the resort’s onsite culinary garden or nearby farms.

The beach bar is the perfect place to unwind with a signature Spritz such as the Coconut Rum Spritz, using Nevis’ own Clifton Estate Rum, or the Nevisian Paloma Spritz, which is made using the Caribbean’s renowned Ting Grapefruit Soda. The bar restaurant is open daily from 11am until late.

Four Seasons Resort Nevis is located on the western side of the island of Nevis in the Caribbean twin-island nation of St Kitts and Nevis. The luxury resort has three infinity edge swimming pools, a Peter Burwash International Tennis facility, a Robert Trent Jones II golf course, a full service spa and beauty salon, kids’ facilities, and beachside cabanas with dedicated Cabana Concierge.

Guests can choose from various dining options including Mango, Coral Grill, Neve, Cabana, and Ocean Terrace, each boasting an exciting menu of diverse and international dishes. Bars and lounges at the hotel include the 101 Rum Bar, the Library Bar and the newly opened oceanfront Kastawey Beach Bar.

Accommodation at the property includes spacious guest rooms and suites with private furnished terraces or balconies and views of the powder-soft sandy beach and turquoise sea. The rooms are equipped with modern amenities including complimentary wireless Internet, flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, hairdryers, and bathrooms with slippers and robes.

The island of Nevis is separated from its sister island St Kitts by a two-mile channel. Both isles are home to magnificent natural landscapes such as volcanic peaks, verdant green rainforests, unspoiled white sand beaches and the crystal clear, warm sea. Holidaymakers can enjoy sightings of an abundance of wildlife, such as tropical birds, sea turtles and native monkeys.
