Radisson Grenada Beach Resorts opens to holidaymakers

The Radisson Grenada Beach Resort has opened its doors to holidaymakers. Located on a 20-acre site on the island's popular Grand Anse Beach, the luxury resort boasts 225 guest rooms and an array of facilities including four gourmet restaurants, a swim-up bar, a fitness centre, two tennis courts, two swimming pools and a 5,100-square-foot ballroom.

Tourists planning to visit the Caribbean island of Grenada this winter will now be able to enjoy a hotel with luxurious accommodation and a stunning setting as the Radisson Grenada Beach Resort opens its doors.

The Radisson Grenada Beach Resort is located on a 20-acre site that sits on the island's famous Grand Anse Beach. With two miles of private beach, guests staying at the hotel can enjoy luxurious accommodation in 225 guest rooms and suites and beautiful views of the beach and the turquoise ocean.

The hotel's facilities include four gourmet restaurants: the poolside Oasis Grill, the all-day dining Tradewinds restaurant, the Pineapple Lounge and the Sunset Beach Bar; a fitness centre, two tennis courts and two swimming pools; a business centre and a 5,100-square-foot ballroom which is perfect for dinner galas and wedding receptions.

Guests staying at the Radisson Grenada Beach Resort can relax in the property's lush tropical beach-side gardens under towering banana trees, or enjoy picnics and family activities on the pristine white sand beach.

Grenada is also known as the "Island of Spice", due to its position as a leading producer of spices including Cinnamon, cloves, ginger, mace, allspice, orange/citrus peels, wild coffee, nutmeg and organic cocoa.

The Caribbean island boasts several breathtaking natural attractions including the famous Grand Anse Beach; the island's highest peak, Mount St. Catherine; Grand Etang Nature Reserve that features a stunning crater lake; Seven Sister Waterfalls; the tropical Bay Gardens; and the stunning Underwater Sculpture Park which is a hotspot for scuba divers and snorkelers.
