Pirate Week festivities invade Grand Cayman hotel
A Grand Cayman hotel will be hosting a series of exciting events and festivities during Pirates Week from 11th to 21st November with a special Marriott Grand Cayman package including accommodation, a bottle of rum and a pirate gift.
The Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort will be entertaining guests with a range of events during Pirates Week next month with a special package dedicated to the week's festivities.
From 11th to 21st November, guests enjoying Grand Cayman holidays at the Marriott resort will be entertained by pirates complete with outfits comprising three-cornered hats, parrots and eye patches. Entertainment at the luxury Caribbean all inclusive resort includes fireworks, games, competitions, dance parties with Caribbean drums, and plenty of rum-drinking festivities into the early hours.
A pirate invasion will take place with the appearance of two old fashioned pirate hips in Georgetown Harbour with a re-enactment of buccaneers storming the beach and invading the island.
Travellers planning to take their holidays at the Grand Cayman hotel during Pirate Week can take advantage of the dedicated Grand Cayman Pirates Week Package which includes a low nightly rate of $205 per night in deluxe accommodation, one bottle of rum, two rum cakes, and a special pirate gift. The package is available to guests who book by 5th November 2010.
This year's Pirate Week is the 33rd family festival to take place on the Cayman Islands and features fun activities for all ages.
