Get to know Nicaragua through its culture, people, gastronomy, art and architecture. This program will let you experience the
beautiful treasures of Granada and Masaya.

Day 1 - Liberia to Granada

This morning after breakfast at the hotel you will travel from Liberia to the colonial city of Granada with a city tour of this historical jewel.

After arriving at the hotel there is time to rest before Granada's City Tour including 'Mombacho Cigars Tour' and also visit the top of the tower at La Merced, Lunch is included at a local restaurant during the excursion.

Stay overnight at Casa Consulado Hotel or Similar

Day 2 - Masaya Market & Volcano

Visit the city of Masaya including the artisans market. Masaya's Volcano is one of the few active volcanoes in the world where you can be right next to the edge of the crater. Lunch is included at a local restaurant.

Day 3 - Granada Islets

After breakfast at the hotel, depart on a tour to the Islets of Granada at Lake Cocibolca or better known as Nicaragua Lake, the largest lake in Central America, Lunch is included at a local restaurant during the excursion

Stay overnight at Casa Consulado Hotel or Similar

Day 4 - Departure day via Managua City

Breakfast at the hotel then depart to Managua (MGA) International Airport for the flight back home.

Great extension from Costa Rica, hotel had character and was in a really central position. Guide friendly and helpful, Granada easy to get round. Included excursions really interesting.
