Casino Hotel Legend Palace opens in Macau with 66 Live-Dealer Gaming Tables

Casino Hotel Legend Palace opened its doors at the end of February in Macau Fisherman’s Wharf. Owned by Hong Kong-listed gambling operator Macau Legend Development, the new hotel in Macau has 223 upscale guest rooms and suites, as well as a casino with 66 live-dealer gaming tables, an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre, four restaurants, two bars, and a business centre.

Macau successfully hosts first International Film Festival and Awards Ceremony

Macao hosted its first ever International Film Festival earlier last month. The event spanned six days, and showcased the bests of Asian and International film, through premieres, screening, red carpet events, master classes, presentations, and a glamourous awards ceremony. There was also a premiere screening of a short film made by Macao film makers in partnership with the British Film Institute.

Wynn Palace Resort in Macau celebrates opening with magnificent fountain show

Wynn Resorts has announced the opening of Wynn Palace in Macau, following a six-year-long development project. Created by Steve Wynn, the colourful flora-themed resort has been inspired by nature and feature 1,706 lavish guest room and suites, as well as unique facilities including a Performance Lake, air-conditioned SkyCabs, a lavish spa with 22 treatment rooms, several international restaurants, and the vast Wynn Palace Esplanade with more than 50 retail stores.

Sofitel Macau hosts art exhibition with parisian artist's edible art

The Parisian artist Dorothee Selz has been showcasing her unique art in the lobby of the Sofitel Macau at Ponte 16. The art exhibition featured the "Edible Sculpture" last month, a colourful 2.3 meter-high dragon-like sculpture made out of sweets, fresh and dried fruit, and bamboo skewers that represented the culture integration in Macau.

Sheraton Macao awarded Grand premium-tier status

The Sheraton Macao Hotel Cotai Central will now be called the Sheraton Grand Macao Hotel Cotai Central, after it earned premium-tier 'Grand' status. The property has 3,896 guest rooms and suites, and joins four other Sheraton grand hotels in China, and just 17 other Sheraton Grand properties around the world.

The St Regis hotel had opened the doors to its largest hotel in the world - the St Regis Macao. The luxury resort is the final piece of the Sands Cotai Central integrated report complex. St. Regis opens new luxury hotel in Macau

St. Regis has opened a brand new hotel in Macau, the world's largest gambling centre. St. Regis Macao, Cotai Central is the brand's seventh hotel in Greater China, and has 400 guest rooms and suites with 24-hour personal butler service. Facilities will include dining outlets, Iridium Spa, and an outdoor swimming pool with a huge decking area with cabanas.

Macau has launched a convenient hop-on hop-off bus tour service that will connect to walking tours. The combination of these services will enable holidaymakers to easily experience the best of Macau while on their holidays.
