Caribbean Romantic Cruise

Duration: Half Day

caribbean romantic cruise

If you dream of taking a romantic cruise on your honeymoon or holiday in the Turks and Caicos Islands, the reality is even more magical. This tour will enable you to sail away on a beautifully decorated catamaran to your very own secluded island, where your every wish is your crew’s command.

Cruising the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean is a memorable experience whichever islands you visit, but the Turks and Caicos Islands are particularly beautiful. This paradise archipelago comprises two groups of tropical islands in the Atlantic Ocean, located about 30 miles southeast of the Bahamas. There are over 40 islands and cays in total, offering plenty of idyllic, secluded islands for you and your loved one to escape to. Capture the magic at dusk as you sail into the sunset on board a beautiful catamaran in style and comfort. Feel the tropical evening breeze on your skin and marvel at the beauty of both the skyline and coastline as we sail past deserted islands as night falls.

Savour the taste of freshly prepared hors d'oeuvres and sip champagne as the sun disappears beyond the horizon.

Sunsets in the Turks and Caicos Islands are a truly breathtaking sight, famous in particular for their spectacular “Green Flash”. This magical and unique natural phenomenon will amaze and delight you if you’re lucky enough to see it, although it only lasts a second or two so blink and you’ll miss it! This dazzling flash of green light can be witnessed during the first glimpse of a rising dun or the final glimpse of a setting sun. During this time, the sun’s light is refracted at extreme angles against the curve of the earth, resulting in its colour spectrum gradually changing from red or orange to yellow, blue and then a brief flash of green just as it dips below the earth's surface. Flashes of blue light have also been witnessed, but this only occurs if the atmosphere is unusually clear. This is a rare and unique experience, seldom witnessed in the Caribbean or anywhere else in the world.
You may prefer the romantic version of this unique phenomenon, however, which explains the green flash as the sun kissing the ocean goodnight.

The romance, magic and memories of this cruise will stay with you long after your Caribbean holiday ends.
