dunn's river falls special

A day to be at one with Jamaica’s nature as you explore one of its purest and most breathtaking environmental wonders. Spend a whole day at the island’s most famous waterfall and take delight in witnessing the magical allure of this unique display of rolling waters. On this excursion we leave you to bond with one of nature’s most majestic creations and natural wonders.

Dunn’s River Waterfalls have long been Jamaica’s greatest pride and national treasure. With its intrepid succession of cascading water at an impressive altitude of 600 ft, these falls will leave you breathless with the grandeur and charm they inspire. Lose yourself in this idyllic environment for extreme fun and ultimate relaxation. There is something to do for everyone, from the little ones, to thrill-seeking youngsters to love-struck couples.

These waterfalls are the perfect setting for any occasion whatever it is you want to do and whatever level of activity you want to get involved in. You can do as little or as much as you want. Take part in the most extreme diving experiences, take a plunge into the cool pools that flow out to the sea or be like a true explorer and climb up the falls to conquer every corner.

A scenic bus ride will take you from Ocho Rios to this amazing location at Dunn’s River. Once here you can give way to your heart’s desire and live out your island paradise dreams! Feel like a true adventurer for a day and climb the falls in a human-led chain guided by an experience native. Make a pause at one of the falls’ ‘massage parlours’ to experience the soothing and calming effects of this therapeutic water as it rolls down towards the sea.

The less adventurous can view all of these activities from the terrace or deck which allow for the most dramatic views of the falls and the distant horizon. Sun lovers can take the time to renew their pact with the sun at the nearby beach and completely unwind on its golden sands that are gently caresses by the aquamarine waters of the Caribbean Sea.

During your time here you choose whether to do little or do it all but you mustn’t forget to bring your camera along because the pictures to be taken here are simply priceless! Make the most of your day here and bond with the purest and most spectacular of Jamaica’s nature! Do it all in the setting of what was James Bond’s first ever film!
