Sunset Champagne Cruise

Duration: Half Day

sunset champagne cruise

There is nothing more romantic than a sunset cruise in the Bahamas – particularly a champagne cruise!

On this captivating two-hour evening cruise you will sail into the sunset along the coast of New Providence Island and Paradise Island, taking in the picturesque views of some of the Bahamas’ most beautiful tropical islands at night. This stunning Caribbean archipelago, which is actually located in the Atlantic Ocean, comprises over 700 islands and over 2000 cays. The island chain is divided by the Tropic of Cancer, which is why the Bahamas is blessed with its wonderful tropical climate. New Providence Island and Paradise Island are two of the most popular islands in the Bahamas for visitors, and you will find out why.

Feel the cool sea breeze in your hair and the warm evening sun on your skin before it disappears into the horizon. You won’t travel a great distance on this tour, but you don’t need to. Sit back, relax and soak up the romantic Caribbean atmosphere with a glass of complimentary champagne and a selection of hot and cold hors d’oeuvres. Watch the twinkling lights of Nassau, the capital of the Bahamas, as you sail leisurely through the harbour that was once used as a base camp for pirates. You may even be lucky enough to see dolphins swimming alongside your boat.

Your tour will then take you under the bridges of the idyllic Paradise Island, which connect the island to the northern tip of New Providence Island. Sail out into Nassau’s beautiful Montagu Bay on the North coast of New Providence Island, where you will see many yachts and cruise ships anchored. Several international sailing regattas and Bahamian workboat races are held here every year.

Your friendly captain and crew will go out of their way to make sure that you have an exciting and memorable evening. Marvel at the Bahamas western skyline as the sun goes down. Watch the spectacular vivid colours of the burning evening sky, whilst birds fly overhead and dolphins dive in and out of the sea in the distance. This unforgettable trip is a perfect start or end to you holiday in the Bahamas.
