Located on five acres of the western end of Grace Bay Beach in Turks and Caicos, the resort will have two buildings. One building will be a hotel with 59 guest rooms, and the other will have 74 residences.

The luxury resort will be designed by RAD Architecture, and it will feature interiors by Francisco Jove of Modus Operandi, the designer of Andaz Mayakoba Resort Riviera Maya and Andaz Costa Rica Resort at Peninsula Papagayo.

Commenting on this new hotel, Myles McGourty, the Senior Vice President for Latin America & Caribbean at Hyatt said:

“We look forward to working with Vista Development to introduce the inspiring concept of this luxury lifestyle Hyatt brand to a world-class destination like Turks & Caicos’ coveted Grace Bay.”

Guests will have access to an array of facilities at the resort. These include four gourmet restaurants and stylish bars, including an elevated venue with uninterrupted views of the ocean, fitness centre, and wellness centre with an outdoor garden yoga studio, and a full-service indoor and outdoor spa with luxury concierge services.

Andaz Turks & Caicos Residences at Grace Bay will offer studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, and penthouses with four bedrooms. All rooms in both the hotel and the residences block will boast beautiful views of Grace Bay.

“Through our more than 30 collective years of work in the Turks & Caicos' market, we’ve recognised the uniqueness of the location and the potential for an unparalleled offering.”

Explained Matt McDonald, the director of Vista Development. Mr McDonald continued:

“We look forward to seeing the project evolve with Hyatt and become part of the community and culture of Turks & Caicos.”

Grace Bay Beach is eight kilometres long, and sits on the northern coast of the island of Providenciales in Turks and Caicos. The award-winning white sandy stretch is home to a collection of luxury hotels and resorts, providing the perfect location for a tropical break. The beach also boasts the third-largest barrier reef in the world and crystal clear waters, making it a popular spot for scuba diving and snorkelling adventures.
