Hard Rock to offer "limitless" all-inclusive services in its hotels

Guests at Hard Rock Hotels will soon be treated to a truly “limitless” all-inclusive experience, as the company seeks to put an end to the use of resort credit in its properties. For a 25 per cent fee, all resort services from golf course access to spa treatments will be included in the price.

Hard Rock to offer "limitless" all-inclusive services in its hotels

Truly letting go of every concern during holidays will soon become a reality for guests at Hard Rock Hotels resorts.

The prestigious hospitality company recently announced it will transform all its all-inclusive hotels in Mexico and the Caribbean into “limitless” all-inclusives, putting an end to its previous and extended use of resort credit.

Hard Rock wishes to treat its guests to an experience where they can truly unwind and pay no mind to any expenses after paying the initial fee.

To achieve this, the company will charge a 25 percent service fee, which will include everything from Jack Nicklaus golf course access to spa treatments and tours. According to Frank Maduro, Vice President of Marketing at AIC Hotel Group, the initiative will provide guests with a more enjoyable stay and carefree stay:

“As a brand, the all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotels are known for being industry trailblazers, continually breaking out of the sea of sameness when it comes to creating unique amenities and guest experiences. Which is why completely eliminating the use of resort credit was the best next step for the brand to take.”

Furthermore, the company representatives went on to explain that this innovative “limitless” all-inclusive service would "maximize guests" holiday experience by nixing the cap on resort credit dollars and allows holidaymakers to sit back, relax and fully indulge in paradise and luxury. This move is expected to, not only set Hard Rock Hotels apart, but also receive an enthusiastic response from travellers eager to dismiss the idea of further expense whilst within the resort.

The “limitless” experience will make its debut on 6th January 2019, at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana, Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya, Hard Rock Hotel Cancun, Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta and Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos, a new property that is expected to make its debut in 2019. The new additions are mirroring the pioneering example of another AIC Hotel Group property, the UNICO Riviera Maya, which has offered a premium fee to get additional all-inclusive activities, since its inauguration.

Founded in 1971 by Isaac Tigrett and Peter Morton in London, the first Hard Rock Cafe was one of the hippest spots in the British capital. In 1979, the cafe began covering its walls with rock and roll memorabilia, a tradition which then expanded to the hundreds of Hard Rock outlets which can now be found around the world. Today the company, which first grew as a chain of theme restaurants, boasts venues 74 countries, including 185 cafes, 25 hotels, and 12 casinos.
