Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay in Indonesia reopens to guests after refurbishment

After two years of refurbishments, the Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay has reopened its doors to holidaymakers. The luxury resort has launched new beachfront villas and upgraded its facilities and services throughout.

The upscale hotel in Indonesia features original Balinese village architecture with high walls, and 156 thatched-roof villas and residences with private pools. The villas have been divided into seven “village squares”, and each square has a village chief who is on hand to deliver exceptional services.

The Imperial and Royal Villas have undergone a transformation, and they now feature fresh, contemporary design and furnishings. Each of the 147 villas and nine residence villas has oversized indoor and outdoor living areas, verdant gardens, a private pool and a furnished sun terrace. The most luxurious of all villas is the two-storey Imperial Villa, which is located metres from the pristine three-mile beach, and has three bedrooms, a kitchen and dining area, a fitness studio, an infinity pool. The lavish villa also has personalised services such as a private breakfast chef, yoga master, personal trainer, evening spa rituals and Balinese royal banquets. The beachfront venue can also host celebrations and caters for up to 80 people.

Uday Rao, the General Manager at the Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay, explained:

“Being one of the first resorts on the island, we were able to secure the best location with the combination of both cliff and beachfront land, and views across Jimbaran Bay’s fishing village. It also means that we have had years of guest feedback to learn from, to perfect our offering.”

Mr Rao also added:

“Our guests told us they love the location and authentic Balinese concept, and they love the people. Those elements haven’t changed and remain part of our DNA, while we have upgraded facilities and created the Imperial and Royal Villas to elevate the guest experience.”

During their stay at the oceanfront resort, guests will have access to a range of facilities including a 1,152-square-foot fitness centre with modern aerobics studio, two tennis courts, an infinity swimming pool, and a full-service spa with eight treatment rooms and three spa suites.

Dining options at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay are plentiful, and guests can enjoy a choice of open-air settings with views of the ocean. Restaurants include the Asian-themed Sundara, Taman Wantilan with western cuisine and an al fresco setting, the Pool Terrace Café with views of Jimbaran Bay.
