Day 1 - On arrival at the Bandaranaike International Airport you will be met by your representative from Walkers Tours & transfer to your hotel in Sigiriya. Check into your hotel & rest of the day at leisure.
Day 2 - After breakfast you will proceed to Sigiriya to the famous Sigiriya Rock Fortress, one of Sri Lanka’s major attractions and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the afternoon you will embark on a Jeep Safari through Minneriya National Park that is sprawled across 8890 hectares.
Day 3 - After an early breakfast you will visit a native Sri Lankan village on the lake, lasting approximately 3 hours. Afternoon you may take an optional excursion to Polonnaruwa, the second most ancient of Sri Lanka's kingdoms. (This can be done at a cost)
Day 4 - After breakfast, you will be transferred to Kandy. En-route you will visit the Dambulla Cave Temples that dates back to the 01st century BC. Next you will make a stop at the Matale Spice Gardens. Finally arrive in the city of Kandy and check in at the hotel, spending the rest of your day at leisure.
Day 5 - Today you will visit the Temple of the Tooth, a sacred shrine for Buddhists, including a tour of the lively city of Kandy.
Day 6 - After breakfast, you will be transferred to your beach resort in Beruwala. Check into your hotel and rest of the day at leisure.
Day 7 to Day 10 - Spend the days at leisure at your beach resort in Beruwala.
Day 11 - Today you will proceed to the airport for your departure.
