Proving that Cambodia holidays are rising in popularity among international travellers, one of the country´s most compelling heritage sites has revealed that at the close of 2018 it had received 2.6 million figures, up by 5.45 per cent from the previous year.

Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit Hotel launches

Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit recently opened in Bangkok. The hotel is the Hyatt Regency brand’s first foray into the capital city. The new property was designed with an eye for Thai history and culture and features local artwork. The hotel is well-connected to many of the city’s businesses and attractions via its connection to the Nana station.

Thai isle Koh Samui goes green

Popular Thai holiday spot Koh Samui has adopted a series of green initiatives designed to reduce plastic waste and rubbish on the tropical island. Alongside replacing plastic straws with plant-based products, the island is proactively recycling, organising beach cleans and promoting the use of fabric instead of plastic bags.

The Sukhothai Bangkok hotel unveils new look and luxury Club Wing

Luxury hotel The Sukhothai in Thailand’s capital Bangkok has launched its new Club Wing following a six-month renovation that included enhancements to the hotel’s swimming pool and La Scala Italian restaurant. The new wing is designed to fit with the Thai royal heritage style of the hotel and features 33 brand-new rooms and suites, as well as one of the largest club lounges in the city.

The Sarojin hotel makes it into Michelin’s Thai fine dining guide

Boutique beach resort The Sarojin in the Thai town of Khoa Lak has been listed among Thailand’s finest dining experiences by renowned restaurant guides Michelin. The luxury hotel’s culinary offerings that include two restaurants plus candle-lit dining beside a jungle waterfall are featured in the latest Michelin Guide to Bangkok, Phuket and Phang-nga 2019.
