When you submit a holiday enquiry to us by email, we ask you to provide us with some personal data such as your name, email address, street address, phone number as well as the names and ages of anyone travelling with you. When you provide us with your personal data through a facility on this site or directly via email or telephone, you consent to us:

We collect personal data in order to perform all necessary actions to give effect to your request or instruction and to help you fully utilise our services to find the right holiday to suit your needs.
Do we share your personal data with other companies?
We will pass your name(s) on to airlines, hotels or resorts and our local representatives in order to arrange and confirm your booking. We do not share any further personal data with any other companies.
How do we protect your data?
The Holiday Place takes the protection of your data very seriously, using a range of organisational and technical measures to ensure good data protection practice. We have internal policies and controls in place to ensure that your data is not lost, accidently destroyed or accessed by anyone who is unauthorised to do so.
The Holiday Place will process user personal data for no longer than is necessary in order to fulfil the lawful purpose for data processing and the company only ever retains records and personal data for legitimate or legal business reasons. We always comply fully with best practice.
If you have selected to receive our email newsletter, you will have submitted your name and email address. This personal data is held on our secure database. The Holiday Place operates a strict opt-in policy for individuals, which means that we will not send you any information unless you have requested to receive updates from us via email, social media or any other avenues. For businesses, The Holiday Place operates an opt-out policy in compliance with best practice. This means that we will continue to contact businesses with news and information on our services until we are informed that this communication is no longer required. Individuals or business customers can opt out of receiving our email newsletters by clicking on the unsubscribe links at the bottom of each email communication you receive from The Holiday Place or any of its businesses. Individuals can also click here and enter their email address.
There is a section of the website where you can apply for a job at The Holiday Place. We collect personal data such as name, address and contact info to contact applicants in relation to their job application, plus we collect personal data on education and career history in order to consider your suitability for any vacancies within the company. We do not share any of the above personal data.
Any changes to our collection or use of personal data will be posted on this page. You will have a choice as to whether or not we use your personal data in this different manner. In addition, if we make any material changes in our privacy practices that do not affect user personal data already stored in our database, we will post a notice on this page. In some cases where we post the notice we will also email users, who have opted to receive communications from us, notifying them of the changes in our privacy practices.
