Dive Fest Barbados 2018 seeks to put the focus on protecting coral reefs

Now in its second year, the celebration of Dive Fest Barbados 2018 seeks to raise awareness about the protection of the Caribbean island's reefs. The upcoming event to be celebrated next month wants to sing the praises of Barbados' excellent diving sites whilst at the same time highlighting the challenges it faces in order to preserve a healthy fish and coral population.

Turks and Caicos Villa Home of Legendary Singer Prince to go to Auction

The Caribbean villa owned by the late legendary singer Prince is going to auction. Located in Turks and Caicos, the luxury beachfront property has six bedrooms and six bathrooms, and even a purple driveway. Set on five acres of land on the island of Providenciales, the 10,000-square-foot villa has two private beaches, a 200-foot personal dock, and tennis courts.

Excellence Oyster Bay opens in Montego Bay, Jamaica

St Lucia's The BodyHoliday closes for two months to undergo a $20 million renovation

Getting spruced up ahead of its 30th birthday, The BodyHoliday in St Lucia has announced a complete overhaul to its facilities after undergoing a $20 million refurbishment. The property, famous for its focus on the mental and physical well-being of its guests will be closing its doors in July and August to receive a complete makeover that will include room upgrades, new eco-friendly touches and updates to its wellness centre.

Ecological Camp in Jebel Jais new tourist development in Ras Al Khaimah

The Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (RAKTDA) has announced it is planning to develop a new luxury sustainable camp on the highest mountain in the United Arab Emirates, Jebel Jais. The mountain retreat will use state-of-the-art technology to conserve water and energy and minimise waste. The tourism authority is in final talks with hotel operators.
