Air Arabia Maroc announces new flights to Agadir in Morocco this winter
Air Arabia Maroc has announced it will operate new flights between Manchester Airport and Agadir in Morocco from this winter. The low-cost airline will launch the twice-weekly flights from October, 2017, enabling guests to spend the winter months in the coastal resort that is home to beautiful golden sandy stretches, world-class golf courses, and magnificent mountains.
Air Arabia Maroc will launch new flights to the coastal resort of Agadir in Morocco from Manchester Airport this winter. Starting in October, 2017, the flights will operate twice a week enabling tourists to enjoy the sunshine, sand and sea over the winter months.
The low-cost airline currently offer flights from London to Morocco, but Manchester Airport is the only other UK facility the airline will operate flights out of. The new Agadir service will operate on Thursdays and Sundays every week on an Airbus A320 aircraft.

Agadir is a coastal city in south-west Morocco, which is home to beautiful golden sandy beaches, turquoise sea and lush golf courses. Set in the foothills of the Anti-Atlas Mountains, the city is home to traditional bazaars, museums, and the majestic 16th-century Kasbah. Popular attractions in Agadir include the Koutoubia Mosque, the Bahia Palace, the Souss Massa National Park, Agdal Gardens, the Agadir Bird Valley and the Majorelle Garden.

“This route will provide the 22 million people in our catchment area with further choice on how to reach this exciting destination.”
During their visit to Morocco, holidaymakers can also visit the capital city of Marrakech, which is three hours away by car. Visitors can head to Jemaa el-Fnaa, a busy market where snake charmers, musicians and dancers perform, or wander around the traditional souks, spice markets and historical ruins. The area boasts championship golf courses including the 27-hole Royal Golf of Marrakech, or nature lovers can head up to the snow-capped Atlas Mountains to hike along trails and pass though Berber villages while enjoying the spectacular views.
