Design Architects revealed for new mixed-use resort in Cayman Islands
TEN Arquitectos have revealed the design of a new $250 million mixed-use luxury resort in the Cayman Islands. The resort is being built at St James Point in Grand Cayman by Beach Bay Land Limited on 16 acres, and will include a 1,000-foot private beach, a hotel with 200 guest rooms and 90 residential units.
The design architects of a brand new hotel complex in the Cayman Islands have been revealed as TEN Arquitectos.
The $250 million mixed-use resort at St James Point on Grand Cayman is being developed by Beach Bay Land Limited and will sit on 16 beachfront acres.
Scheduled to open in autumn 2018, the complex will have a hotel with 200 guest rooms and 90 residential units and a private 1,000-foot beach, and will feature some of the most unique design elements ever seen in a resort complex.

Stated John Layton, the Principal and Managing Director of Beach Bay Land Limited. The development will have numerous world-class branded companies through its restaurants, shops, spas and watersports activities.
TEN Arquitectos will work alongside Andrew Gibb, a local Cayman architect to design the luxury resort. Enrique Norten from TEN explained:

The Cayman Islands is a country made up of three main islands located in the west Caribbean Sea, south of Cuba: Grand Cayman, Little Cayman and Cayman Brac.
The island nation is a British Overseas territory and one of the Caribbean's most popular scuba diving destinations due to its tropical climate, idyllic natural surroundings, luxurious beachfront accommodation, and thriving marine parks.
