Elbow Beach in Bermuda will remain open over the winter for the first time as an independent resort. The Caribbean property previously closed during the winter season over recent years while under the management of Mandarin Oriental but this year, it will continue to provide luxury breaks for holidaymakers of all ages.
Elbow Beach Bermuda has announced that it will remain open this winter for the first time in recent years.
The luxury Bermuda resort was previously managed by Mandarin Oriental and for the past few years, it has remained closed during the winter months.
Now, as an independent hotel in the Caribbean, Elbow Beach will continue to stay open, providing tropical holidays for guests of all ages.
The 98-room luxury beachfront resort has launched a special package for families travelling to Bermuda this winter.
The package starts from $577 per double room, per night, and includes daily breakfast, four passes to the aquarium, three hours of babysitting services, a 50-minute massage for one guest, and 50 per cent discount on a second room, with rates starting from $227 per night.
The package is valid for stays of a minimum of three nights and is available until 31st December, 2015.
Located on 50 tropical acres on the South Shore in Bermuda, Elbow Beach became an independent resort just under a year ago and the property is currently undergoing renovations and upgrades.
The boutique hotel has cottage-style accommodation and an array of upscale facilities including a luxury oceanfront spa, four gourmet restaurants, a free-form swimming pool, a private beach, and conference rooms and banquet space.
Bermuda is an island nation situated off the east coast of the United States in the North Atlantic Ocean. Every year, thousands of tourists flock to the island to relax on its famous pink sand beaches and enjoy the sub-tropical climate.
