Kempinski Hotel Mall of The Emirates to reveal renovated guest rooms this November
Kempinski Hotel Mall of The Emirates in Dubai will unveil its refurbished guest rooms in November as part of an extensive renovation programme. The hotel's 118 redesigned rooms will feature new gadgets, including iPads that will be used to control televisions, order room service, make restaurant reservations, and book spa treatments.
As the refurbishment programme continues at Kempinski Hotel Mall of The Emirates, the property’s redesigned guest rooms will be unveiled in November.
The Dubai hotel will reveal 118 of its newly refurbished guest room that now feature contemporary design blended with Arabic touches.
Smart technology is at the forefront of the renovation programme and the rooms now have modern gadgets such as iPads that guests can use to control their televisions, make restaurant reservations, order room service, book pampering spa treatments, and access information about the Mall of the Emirates.
"We are really excited to show our new rooms to our guests and get the first feedback on our fresh look and innovative technology," commented Konstantin Zeuke, the General Manager of Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates.
"Even though the hotel is only eight years old, we are lucky to be able to propose a fresh room design for our guests with the latest echnology and artistic designs."
He added: "We made sure to support local Emirati talents when choosing the art in the rooms and each piece has been picked carefully to show the best from the region with styles ranging from dramatic to joyful art."
The newly-designed accommodation is the third stage of the refurbishment programme which began in 2012 and is due to be completed by the end of next year.
So far, the luxury hotel’s lobby and been expanded, a new Spanish restaurant has been added, and a partnership has been formed with the Vindemia to open the Fann-A-Porter art gallery.
By the time the project has been completed, the property’s 393 guest rooms, suites and chalets will have been upgraded, and its meeting rooms, gym and spa facilities will be renovated.
