The Blue Haven Resort and Marina in Turks and Caicos has reopened its restaurant Fire & Ice with a brand new menu featuring delicious cuisine created by two award-winning chefs. Diners can enjoy gourmet cuisine at the oceanfront restaurant courtesy of Cristian Rebolledo, the Corporate Executive Chef of both Blue Haven and Beach House Turks and Caicos, and Executive Chef Vitelio Reyes from Fire & Ice.

The Blue Haven Resort and Marina’s signature restaurant has reopened with a brand new menu created by two award-winning chefs.

Diners at the Fire & Ice restaurant at the Turks and Caicos resort can enjoy a Caribbean-meets-European experience with gourmet cuisine including Lobster Salad with Butternut Squash, Duck Magret with Corn Cake, or an Angus Steak and sweet plantains with creole sauce.

Locals and holidaymakers alike can enjoy the culinary delights at the beachfront restaurant with the new menu that has been created by Cristian Rebolledo, the Corporate Executive Chef of both Blue Haven Resort and its sister hotel, Beach House Turks and Caicos, and the Executive Chef Vitelio Reyes, who is in charge of the kitchen at the Fire & Ice restaurant.

Both chefs come from South America and the menu has been inspired by both their Latin American roots and the main staples of Turks and Caicos.

To celebrate the restaurant’s re-launch, the luxury beachfront resort will be hosting the opening night of the Providenciales' fourth annual Caribbean Food and Wine Festival which takes place from 6th to 8th November, 2014.

The opening night will feature celebrity guest chef David Lefevre from Manhattan Beach Post and Fishing in California and the festival will celebrate Providenciales’ exquisite cuisine and beverages.

New York City-based Mixologist Brian van Flandern will be demonstrating his flaring and cocktail-making skills at Fire & Ice where he will also unveil the Ice Bar's delicious cocktail menu.

The luxury hotel’s facilities include a 24-hour gym, an infinity-edge swimming pool with swim-up bar, an onsite spa with two treatment rooms, and the Fire & Ice Restaurant and SALT Bar & Grill.

Accommodation at the Blue Haven Resort and Marina includes 16 premier guest rooms and 35 one, two and three-bedroom suites that each offer private terraces with views overlooking the marina and the sparkling cobalt ocean. The suites feature fully-equipped deluxe kitchens, HD flat-screen TVs, complimentary WiFi, and luxury bathroom products.

The resort is the first in Turks and Caicos to have its own marina which berths 78 yachts up to 220 feet and offers an onsite immigration service. Short and long-term boat and yacht charters can be reserved through the resort’s guest services department.

Guests can take part in activities such as beach volleyball, scuba diving, snorkelling, deep sea and fly-fishing spots and sailing, and they will have access to a stretch of fully-serviced white sand beach that has comfortable chaise lounges and hammocks.
