The complex will have private residences; a 100,000-square-foot casino; an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course; an ESPA spa; entertainment venues and shops; several swimming pools and a white sand beach; and the largest convention centre in the Bahamas, with 200,000 square-feet of space that will be used both for business and as an entertainment and sports arena.

Located on the north shore of the picturesque New Providence Island, the upscale resort will provide luxurious holidays in the Bahamas for sophisticated travellers.

The Bahamas is an island nation archipelago located in the Atlantic Ocean, north of Cuba. The collection of Caribbean islands are home to beautiful pink sand beaches created from fractured seashell mixed with sand; an impressive underwater limestone cave system; verdant botanical gardens; and beautiful nature reserves.
