For the delight of those looking for extreme luxury when it comes to the quality of accommodation they expect when planning holidays in St Lucia, work has now been completed on eight stunning Luxury Beachfront Bungalows and an additional 2 Luxury Cottages, and 15 Luxury Villas. These have now been added to the total room inventory of 78 luxury accommodations which now comprises 11 Luxury and Superior Luxury Sugar Mill Rooms, 2 Luxury cottages and 65 luxury villas. All of these accommodations are either new or fully renovated with the property’s vintage accommodations being no longer available.
The resort has also introduced a new shuttle service utilising Polaris Crew 900 open air vehicles replacing the minivans previously used to transport guests around the property. Guests are being transported to their villas and clusters without driving through areas hoarded off for building or enhancement works to ensure minimum disturbance throughout their holidays in St Lucia.
Other new facilities at Jalousie include the Palm Court Lounge which features swinging day beds, elegant furnishings and a stylish marble floor in al fresco surroundings, two bars (The Cane Bar & Late Night Bar) and two restaurants (The Great Room & Bayside) for guests to enjoy.
On the food front, the Bayside Restaurant is in full operation for a la carte breakfast (7am to 10.30am), lunch (12.30pm to 3pm) and dinner (6.30pm to 10.30pm) while a beach BBQ dinner option is available at the Bayside every Friday. The Great Room provides a more elegant dining option throughout the week and has an excellent dinner menu (6.30pm to 10.30pm) while afternoon tea is served in the Palm Court Lounge from 4pm to 6pm. During the day, guests will be able to enjoy a range of lunch and snack options on the beach and served to their sun lounge.
