The beautiful coral reef lies just over a mile from the coast and boasts rich marine life and colourful coral.

Visitors can head off to explore over 35 scuba diving sites where they can discover the sunken ships dating back from the 19th century, or take an excursion to the El Real Lake where they can experience sightings of Roseate Flamingos and breathtaking natural landscapes.

The region is set to see an increase in visitors as the U.S President, Barrack Obama, recently eased restrictions on travel to Cuba for cultural, educational, academic and religious groups.
