Grand Hyatt Muscat Hotel re-opens restaurant terraces for new season

The Grand Hyatt Muscat hotel is welcoming guests back to its terrace this winter to enjoy al fresco dining with views overlooking the Gulf of Oman at the Tuscany, Marjan Indonesian, and Safari Rooftop Grill House restaurants.

Travellers enjoying Oman holidays at the Grand Hyatt Muscat Hotel will be able to choose from a selection of international cuisine this winter while they dine al fresco on the newly opened terrace.

The Muscat hotel is offering authentic and fresh Indonesian cuisine at the Marjan Indonesian restaurant with dishes cooked by Indonesian chef, Rudi Yudiana, including coconut curry, grilled fish in banana leaves and wok-fried tiger prawns.

The Tuscany restaurant will be re-opening its terrace to diners where they can enjoy al fresco dining and gourmet Italian dishes whilst enjoying spectacular views of the Gulf of Oman.

The Safari Rooftop Grill House and the Mokha Cafe provide a more casual dining setting at the luxury Muscat hotel and include premium steaks, grills, Arabic cuisine and Friday brunch. Diners can take in views overlooking the sparkling ocean and Muscat's embassies district. The outdoor terrace of Mokha provides entertainment for children and is surrounded by lush gardens.

The luxury Oman hotel is located on a pristine stretch of beach in Shatti Al Qurm, a district of Muscat, and offers five-star accommodation and facilities for guests on Oman holidays.

The Muscat hotel features 289 rooms and suites, three hotel restaurants, the John Barry bar, the Copacabana nightclub, Club Safari, the Sirj Tea Lounge, hotel shops, tennis courts, squash courts, an outdoor swimming pool, the Club Olympus Fitness Centre, and meeting rooms and wedding venues.

Guests staying at the five-star Muscat hotel can enjoy a range of activities in the area including tours to Wahiba Sands, Jebel Akhdar and the Jebel Shams mountains; scuba diving and snorkelling activities; shopping in the bustling city; and excursions to historic tombs and monuments.

During the cooler winter months, the popular new band, "Liquid" will be providing nightly entertainment at the Muscat hotel in the Safari pub.
