The luxury Hilton Barbados hotel has appointed three new additions to its management team who will each bring with them a wealth of experience and expertise within the Caribbean hospitality and tourism industry.

Jennifer Barrow, Mark Welch, and Kobie Griffith will be joining the team at the all inclusive Caribbean hotels which specialises in providing luxury Barbados holidays for travellers from all over the world.

Jennifer has extensive experience in marketing, operations, and international tourism consulting and has worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. Jennifer has experience and vast knowledge of business development and policy awareness and formulation within the Caribbean hospitality and tourism sector and has appointed as the new Director of Business Development for the Hilton Barbados hotel. In her new role she will be responsible for planning, leading, and directing, as well as overseeing the strategic sales and marketing and business plans for the luxury Barbados hotel.

Joining Jennifer on the management team will be Mark Welch who has been appointed as the new Food and Beverage Manager for Hilton Barbados. Mark has nearly 30 years of experience within the hospitality industry and recently worked for the Turtle Beach Resort in Barbados. Mark's responsibilities will include overseeing the management and operations of the hotel's food and beverage department including managing a team of staff, compliance with Hilton brand standards, and maintaining all aspect of health and safety whilst working to achieve department goals and ensuring the delivery of excellent customer services.

Kobie Griffith will be the new Information Systems Manager at the Barbados hotel and has most recently worked as the IT Manager at Almonds Resorts. Kobie's duties at Hilton Barbados will involve being responsible for managing, planning, and communicating the implementation of the hotel's information technology and measuring costs and performance of the systems used.

General Manager of Hilton Barbados, Matthew Mullan welcomed the new additions to the team and said: "Jennifer, Mark and Kobie have an in-depth understanding of the duties and responsibilities in their respective fields. This, combined with their extensive experience, training and professionalism, will prove beneficial to Hilton Barbados and our team".
