Tobago Hotel to Re-Open in December

After most major renovation works have been carried out at the Grafton Beach Resort in Tobago, the hotels is now ready to pass on its welcome invitations for guests to celebrate the hotel’s new look from its re-opening date of 20th December 2009.

Pleased to confirm that soon it will be welcoming its guests back onto their newly refurbished premises, this will be one of the latest Tobago hotels to undergo complete restoration and cosmetic works. Further to their previous renovation plans this Tobago hotel is also happy to announce the following areas that are still being worked on and which are scheduled for completion in Public Areas of the Resort in time for our reopening:

The hotel’s newly designed Lobby/ Front Desk/ Reception Area has been reconfigured for a more interactive experience with their Front Office Staff; while lounge areas have also been retiled and painted. For the best on-site swimming during Caribbean holidays in Tobago, the hotel’s pool deck has been refinished with a welcoming tile design along with the pool. Located above the swim up bar is the Neptune's Seafood Restaurant, which has been completely renovated inclusive of updated furnishings and tile work. Leading into the Oceanview Restaurant guests will notice the reconfiguration of the Buffet line with new lighting, refurbishment of all furniture replaced with updated soft furnishings, resurfacing of all railings and enhancement of all Teak wood.

Furthermore, and for everyone’s peace of mind during carefree Tobago holidays, updated security features include the installation of more digital Cameras and Key swipe access to the beach. Moreover, the lower road that runs below Grafton and Le Grand Courlan has had 17 high wattage light poles installed for safer and brighter access to the beach and restaurants located in this area. Both Grafton Beach and its sister resort Le Grand Courlan have become members of the Neighborhood Block watch. Both Tobago hotels want guests to know of their continuous efforts to remain vigilant in keeping both guests and staff safe at all times during their Tobago holidays.

For amazing Tobago holidays with the most fresh and comfortable up-to-date accommodation, the hotel continues to upgrade all of the Guest Bathrooms in Grafton Beach as part of an ongoing Maintenance Program that takes place alongside the repainting of the entire resort in a new bright Caribbean shade, for a more authentic colourful and vibrant Caribbean feel.
