This week long tour offers the very best of Cuba's highlights, taking in the famous capital Havana, the luscious landscapes of the Viñales Valley and the islands of Cayo Jutias and Cayo Levisa.

  • Stunning panoramic views over natural landscapes The Vinales Valley is known for its distinctive Mogote Rock Formations, and is one of the most picturesque landscapes in Cuba.
  • Visit the iconic capital Havana is the largest metropolis in the Caribbean and you can visit the old colonial centre as well as the newer districts and the El Malecon waterfront.

Day 1 - Havana
Welcome to Cuba! Your plane will arrive at the international airport in Havana. We will arrange for a transfer from the airport. You'll spend your first night at the elegant Hotel Habana Libre.

Day 2 - Havana
Today you will tour Havana's historic centre! At the Parque Central, the gate to La Habana Vieja, you will find Jugendstil and Baroque buildings right next to each other. There are many compelling attractions in this area, including some of Hemingway's old haunts - La Bodeguita del Medio and La Floridita. You may also visit the Rum museum, where you'll learn everything there is to know about the famous Havana Club Rum. Lunch will be served at a traditional local restaurant. Tonight you will once again stay at the stylish Hotel Habana Libre.

Day 3 - Havana to Viñales
Head to Pinar del Rio after breakfast. This region is world famous for its tobacco. In the city of Pinar del Rio you will visit a cigar factory and learn how the famous Cuban cigars - puros - are made. Drive by lush tobacco plantations and the curious Mogote rock formations on the way to Viñales. Lunch will be served in a typical local restaurant. In the afternoon we will drive you to your hotel, the charming Hotel Rancho San Vicente.

Day 4 - Cayo Jutias
Today you will embark on an excursion to Cayo Jutias. This small island, located on the north coast, is connected to the mainland by a man-made causeway. This secluded little island has wonderful beaches for swimming and exploring. Relax with a picnic lunch on the beach. Make the most of the drive back by taking some pictures of the spectacular Cuban landscape. Enjoy a second night at the pleasant Hotel Rancho San Vicente.

Day 5 - Viñales to Cayo Levisa
Today you can enjoy another day by the sea. You will take a boat to Cayo Levisa and then you can spend the day relaxing. Tonight you will stay on the small island, at the quaint Hotel Cayo Levisa.

Day 6 - Cayo Levisa
Spend your day at the beach. Swim in and admire the turquoise waters of this Caribbean paradise.

Day 7 - Cayo Levisa to Soroa to Havana
After breakfast the boat will take you back to the main island and then we will go to Soroa. In Soroa you will visit the famous orchid garden where you'll see over 700 varieties of this spectacular flower. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. In the afternoon you will travel to Havana by bus for another night at the comfortable Hotel Habana Libre.

Day 8 - Havana to UK
We will transfer you to the airport in Havana. If you are not quite ready to leave this beautiful country then we would also be thrilled to help you extend your trip. Hasta Luego!
