Day 1 - Arrive Cochin - Olavipe
Upon arrival in Cochin, you will be met and assisted by a representative at the airport.
Later drive to Olavipe (55 kms / 1.5 Hrs).
Upon arrival in Olavipe, check-in to the Homestay.

birdsongs and green spaces... Olavipe remains the quintessential idyllic Kerala village.
Visit the St. Francis Church, Santa Cruz Basilica, Synagogue and Dutch Palace.
Spend the rest of the day relaxing or explore the surroundings on your own.

Day 2 - Olavipe
In the morning after breakfast, spend your day relaxing amid the lush tropical greenery or indulge yourself in various activities offered by the resort.

Day 3 - Olavipe - Dewalokam
In the morning after breakfast, drive to Dwalokam (90 kms / 2.5 Hrs) Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel.
Set on ten acres, Dewalokam is an exceptionally beautiful farm on the banks of Kannadipuzha. The local community is employed at the property and your stay directly supports the families in the village.
Spend the rest of the day relaxing at the homestay. Stay overnight in Dewalokam.
Day 4 - Dewalokam
In the morning participate in the Yoga and Mediation sessions.
Spend the rest of the day at leisure or indulge yourself in various activities offered by the resort.
Day 5 - Dewalokam - Thekkady
After breakfast, check-out and drive to Thekkady (115 kms / 4 Hrs).
Upon arrival in Thekkady, check-in at the homestay.
Refreshingly cool, neutral walls provide a calming backdrop for the eclectic mix of international styles that have been featured within the homestead. A general Plantation Theme is featured throughout the estate, and is subtly echoed in the interior decor.

Day 6 - Thekkady
This morning you will explore the park by taking a guided trek in the famous Periyar National Park. Alternatively we can explore the park by taking a common boat ride.
Periyar is South India's most popular wildlife sanctuary, encompassing an area of 777 sq. km. Set on the attractive man made Periyar Lake, it attracts over 300,000 visitors a year. Though the sanctuary was made a part of Project Tiger in 1973, it is better known for its elephants.
Later the guide will take you around the Spice plantation along with a visit to a local spice market.
Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Stay overnight in Thekkady.
Day 7 - Thekkady - Alleppey
Today morning after breakfast, drive to Alleppey (165 kms / 4 hrs).
Upon arrival in Alleppey, you will be transferred to the boat jetty to board the houseboat.
Kettuvalloms were the original transportation of Kerala, boats used to transport produce. With the advent of vehicular traffic, these slowly became redundant. Eventually the craft was revived and today these boats are used to tour the backwaters.
Spend the rest of the day relaxing on board. Stay overnight on board in Alleppey.
Day 8 - Alleppey - Kumarakom
In the morning after breakfast, de-board the houseboat at Kumarakom and check-in at the farm property.

It is a special place, as it provides something different, especially for those who prefer small and friendly places, and, could just be, the perfect hideaway for the bespoke traveller.

Day 9 - Kumarakom
After breakfast, spend your full day at leisure for independent activities.
There is a multitude of activities that you can indulge yourself in on a direct payment basis with the homestay.
You will also have a wonderful opportunity of taking a cooking lesson from the skilful mother, who will be glad to share the secret recipes she has accumulated over the years.
Evening is at leisure. Stay overnight in Kumraakom.
Day 10 - Kumarakom - Cochin
In the morning after breakfast, check-out and you will be transferred to Cochin Airport (90 kms / 2.5 Hrs) to connect your onward flight.
