Dating back to 1927, the Xanadu Mansion is steeped in history. Originally belonging to French American millionaire Irenee Dupont de Nemours, the property is now surrounded by lush gardens and a golf course.
There are magnificent views of the ocean from all sides of the house, and the 1930s decor still remains to give a quaint feel to the place. Each room is so unique it has its own name!

The newest hotel to grace the famous and popular Malecon seawall promenade in Havana, Terral Hotel is a modern boutique hotel oozing charm and character while offering spectacular views of the sea in a central location close to downtown Havana in Vedado and the historical centre in Old Havana. The first of it kind to grace Havana's panoramic bay, Terral Hotel offers visitors with a refreshing accommodation option at its pretty collection of just 14 rooms, all comfortably furnished with modern facilities and a somewhat nautical colour scheme and decor, evoking the bay it overlooks.
The setting couldn't be more perfect, the location more convenient or the style more elegant and refreshing. The hotel is named after the night sea breeze called Terral that cools the evenings in this area.
This hotel is the place where old and new come together, rising majestically amidst crumbling colonial buildings that have seen better days and thus portraying the iconic allure of Havana's striking contrasts between traditional and modern, giving guests the ultimate picture of a city magically frozen in time.
