Fly across sparkling turquoise waters towards one of the best snorkeling spots in the area, and then dive in and explore the breathtaking underwater world that the Caribbean is renowned for.

The bright colours and diversity of this natural tropical aquarium will overwhelm you as you come face to face with hundreds of exotic fish such an angel fish, parrot fish, clown fish and trumpet fish, and many other exciting marine species such as rays, sea stars, moray eels, sea anemones, spiny lobsters and several species of sea turtles if you’re lucky.

Multi-million dollar project to restore beaches in Dominican Republic

The Dominican Ministry of Tourism has announced it will improve a number of beaches across the country over the next two-and-a-half years. ACCIONA Infrastructure will carry out the work as part of the project that will cost USD $64 million and will see 13 beaches upgraded in seven towns, including Cabeza de Toro, Macao and Arena Gorda-Cortecito beaches in Punta Cana.
