Flying Cloud Sunset Cruise
Duration: Half Day
If you have visions of sailing off into the sunset on a wonderful cruise during your holiday in the Bahamas, nothing can be more romantic than a Flying Cloud evening cruise off the coast of Nassau, the capital of the Bahamas.
A day cruise on the sparkling turquoise waters is an exciting way to see some of the many islands that comprise the Bahamas’ stunning archipelago. There are 700 islands and over 2000 cays in total, providing plenty of choice for day trips where you can relax on white sandy beaches and snorkel on coral reefs. An evening cruise, however, is a completely different experience. Feel the cool sea breeze on your skin and listen to the mysterious stillness of the night as you sail across the open seas. Watch the sky burn with colour as the sun goes down and listen to the birds as they fly to their chosen islands to roost. Before you know it, the moon is visible and stars are glowing brightly against the black Caribbean night sky.
Departing from Paradise Island, this romantic and memorable cruise on a luxury 57-foot catamaran is perfect for couples. Sail around Paradise Island before cruising leisurely along the coast of New Providence Island, where you can watch the twinkling lights of Nassau Harbour. The Bahamas’ capital was once used as a base camp for pirates in the 17th and 18th centuries, so you can enjoy the same view of the coastline from the Bahamian waters as they once did.
Sit back and enjoy a chilled glass of wine as you marvel at a spectacular Caribbean sunset, whilst listening to the soothing sound of the waves crashing against the hull of the boat. You may even get to see dolphins swimming nearby. The friendly captain and crew will ensure that you enjoy the experience of a lifetime, so relax and savour the memories of this sunset sailing adventure.
