cades reef sailing

Experience the thrill of a magical tour like no other in the Caribbean! Join us in this unique sailing escapade and get a taste of the best snorkeling, sampling the local cuisine and taking in the best of authentic Antiguan culture and folklore. This truly is the most unique catamaran experience you could find in the Caribbean! Come and join us in this splendid day sail along Antigua´s shimmering waters and explore the beauty of its marine world as well as the charm of Antiguan people and its culture. This is so much more than just another Caribbean catamaran cruise, it is the perfect opportunity to get upclose to the most genuine of Antiguan traditions and cuisine.

We begin with a gentle and relaxing sail along Antigua´s picturesque coastline as we make our way towards the southern part of the island. We will be soon drawing to a stop for an amazing snorkeling opportunity. Here you´ll have the chance to indulge in some fantastic snorkeling at the 2 mile long Cades Reef. Choose from 2 incredible options between taking a guided tour of the reef with the crew or snorkeling on your own at your leisure.

Whatever you decide to do; whether it is joining the crew or going solo in your own snorkeling tour, we are sure that you will be wowed by an incredible display of marine life and exotic fishes. Marvel at the charm and beauty of these colourful aquatic creatures and be part of this amazing underwater ecosystem for a day! During your time here you will also be able to engage in some wonderful sightseeing as you view the nearby island of Montserrat in the background with its majestic and active volcano. Here you will also be at the closest vantage point from which to admire ‘Old Smokey’, the famous Soufriere Volcano. This will be the most perfect view you could ever get of it!

As we move on from this paradisiacal spot you’ll soon start to hear the sweet sounds of Antigua’s steel bands and the inviting aroma of BBQ as we approach the beach for a succulent and energetic lunch experience. Full entertainment will be provided at the hands of our local band as they play their intoxicating island tunes to set the lively mood. Join in the limbo dance and watch in awe as the locals perform some incredible fire dancing! There will be tents set up to provide you with refreshing shadow and tables with tablecloths will be lined inside for your comfort. And as far as the food goes you can rest assured that our team will bring you the most mouth-watering lunch served buffet style – just pick whatever looks most tempting to you!

And after you’ve fully enjoyed your meal and been thoroughly entertained it is time to…leave? No! As the whistle goes indicating more fun ahead; it is now time for beach sports! Yes, you will now be enjoying some lively and sporty beach fun! Beach cricket, volleyball and some other activities are sure to keep you well entertained and laughing!

The day finally draws to an end with yet another exciting activity as we take you for a swim in crystal clear waters at the Fryes Beach. And this is not all! On our way back you will be enjoying an onboard party during the sail back to your pick-up point! A day of non-stop fun for all!
