Beyond green curry - a taste of Thailand

Embarking on a culinary journey is a must in Thailand, especially when you go beyond your comfort zone and taste new, unknown dishes. During my time there I ventured beyond the typical takeaway green curries, who most people associate with Thailand (and which taste much better in their place of origin) to try regional cuisines that changed in line with the landscape and the different geographical zones. The result was a sizzling palate rewarded with an incredible variety of flavours.
